■ ABOUT PRODUCTS
・Can I send items as a gift?
→ Yes! Just enter a separate shipping address to your billing address when checking out. If you wish to have multiple gifts sent to different locations, you will need to process a separate order for each address.
All receipts and invoices are sent electronically to the email address provided, so the recipient will not receive either of these with the gift. We enclose no paperwork in the box relating to the order.
・Do items come with gift wrapping and message cards?
→ Sorry, we don't offer gift wrapping or message cards.
・I want to buy a set product separately (replenishment of the set, etc.)
→ Unfortunately, most set pieces are only sold in the set, so it is not possible to buy a piece individually. In the case a piece is available separately, it is usually noted on the item page, so please check the listing again for further information.
・ Can I order by phone?
→ Sorry, we only accept orders via our online store.
・Can I cancel my order?
→ Yes, provided the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please note that a fee may apply depending on the status of the order when the cancellation request is received.
・Which currency is used?
→ All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
・What forms of payment do you accept?
→ We accept Paypal, American Express, Master Card, and Visa.
・Is there a discount for multiple purchases or purchases over a certain amount?
We also provide information by email. Subscribe to our newsletter via ''Stay in touch'' at the bottom of the page.
・The price of the item is different from when I checked the other day
→ Price changes can be made without notice. The items in your shopping cart will be settled at the price at the time your order is confirmed.
・I want to see the actual item.

Please note that products labelled as online exclusives are only available online, and are not able to be viewed or purchased in-store.
・ How do I know that the order has been confirmed?
→ You will receive an email after ordering.
・I haven't received a confirmation email.
→ If you do not receive an order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, please check the following settings.
 Please check the settings of your smartphone / tablet and email application once again to see if you can receive emails from the following email address domains. email@example.com
* If you cannot receive emails with URLs, you may not be able to receive emails from us.
* Please check the website of each mobile phone company and/or provider on how to remove the restrictions on receiving emails.
 Please make sure that the e-mail you are looking for is not in a folder such as "Junk E-mail" Folder or "Trash" Folder.
 If you have checked and still have not received it, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and our staff will get back to you.
・Can I get a copy of my invoice?
→ It will be sent via e-mail.
・When will the out-of-stock items arrive?
→ New arrival varies between each item. Please contact us directly for more detailed information.
■ RETURNS & WARRANTIES
・What can be returned or exchanged?

Refund and exchange is valid within 5 business days after you receive as long as the item is intact (undamaged) and returned in its original condition including packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refunded for incorrect choice, and are to be returned at the customer's cost and risk. If you wish to exchange, please note that a separate shipping fee to send the exchanged item may apply. ・What items cannot be returned?
→ Items that have already been used or that do not have a package will not be accepted.
■ ABOUT SHIPPING & DELIVERY
・What shipping methods are available?
→ Pick Up, Home Delivery in Metro Sydney, and shipping within Australia (Post Office).
・Can I receive the item from outside of Australia?
→ Sorry, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia.
・Can I combine shipping with another order?
→ Yes, provided the first order has not been shipped yet. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
・How much does the shipping cost?
→ It depends on the shipping method, distance, and weight. Please use the Shipping Calculator when viewing your cart for an estimation.
・How long will it take to arrive?
→ Orders will be ready to ship within 5 business days.
・Is it possible to specify multiple delivery addresses per order?
→ Sorry, we can only send to one address per order. If you wish to have multiple items delivered to multiple addresses, please place a new order for each shipping location.
・ About delivery area
・Can I track my order?
→ A tracking number will be provided for your order. Upon successful shipment, we will inform you of the tracking number via e-mail confirmation.
・Can I get the delivery date for home delivery?
→ For home delivery, we will inform you of the delivery schedule within 5 days of ordering.
